Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ehliyet ("the Service"), operated at n8n-flow.space. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ehliyet is a workflow automation platform that provides content generation and publishing automation for social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Service processes content through automated workflows including video generation, formatting, and publishing.

2. Account and Authentication

You may create an account and sign in by any of the following methods. None of them is required in preference to another, and a TikTok account is never necessary to use the Service.

• Email address and password — you choose a password of at least 10 characters. You are responsible for keeping it confidential.
• TikTok — via TikTok Login Kit, using user.info.basic (to know which account is connected) and video.upload (so you can send a video to your own inbox as a draft). We never publish to your TikTok account: we do not request video.publish and we do not use Direct Post.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account
• You may delete your account, or disconnect a linked TikTok account, at any time from your account page

2.1 Sending a video to your TikTok

• If you connect a TikTok account, you may send one of our question videos to your own TikTok inbox. It arrives as a draft and is never published by us.
• Publishing is entirely your decision, made in the TikTok app. You write the caption and you choose the audience.
• Once a video is in your TikTok account, TikTok's own terms and community guidelines govern it. We cannot edit, publish, or delete it for you.
• We send a video only when you press the button. Nothing is sent automatically.
• You can disconnect from your account page. That deletes the stored tokens and asks TikTok to revoke them. If TikTok is the only way you sign in, set a password first or delete the account instead — otherwise disconnecting would lock you out.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create or upload through the Service remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., format conversion, video generation).

5. Third-Party Services

Ehliyet integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account yourself at any time from your account page; deletion takes effect immediately. You may also stop using the Service and request deletion by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• We will delete your personal data within 30 days of account termination, as described in our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
